Description
This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the Town of Stony Plain (the “Town”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. The Town is seeking to collect information from qualified firms to provide Municipal Operational Software for the following modules: Taxation, Utilities, Accounts Receivable, and Online Services. Proponents are asked to propose Municipal Operational Software solution(s) capable of supporting the Town’s current and future needs while committing to a highly responsive customer service and support standard. Budgetary information collected through this RFI will assist with project approval through the Town's annual Corporate Planning activities. The Town plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in late 2024 or early 2025 with detailed requirements once budget is secured.
