Description
ATB is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to assist with the source-to-pay lifecycle. At this stage of its current journey, ATB is focusing specifically on its contract lifecycle management capabilities, but is cognizant of its future source-to-pay lifecycle state. The ideal tool or suite of products should have the ability to scale and add on modules, which will integrate with existing tools and all of the sets of solutions within the suite of products, such as (but not limited to) e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, supplier collaboration, third party risk management and purchase requisition/order creation. The solution should be sold as a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) and be available on a module-by-module basis.
