1- This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: [C7200101 Trenchless Installation, Replacement and Rehabilitation, CIP Lining, Sewage and Slip Lining and Pipe Bursting, Ramming and Jacking. ] To view the list of pre-qualified firms, visit https://www.calgary.ca/CA/fs/Documents/Bid-and-Vendor-Information/PrequalifiedContractors.pdf. 2- The project involves Construction services is for Rehabilitation of existing water mains by the installation of a cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP). 3- This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4- Scheduled Operational Date: 2024-12-31
