Description
to build a 26' x 50' shop addition to the existing office building. to include, Heat and electrical in the new shop. The addition ties into the existing Brick building at the loading doors. The roof is to be a single slop roof 2 8' bay doors 1 walk in door 2 windows Approx. 2' x 4' Approx. 1 third of the space will have a divider wall for a parts room it will join at the existing loading docks and have the current loading door removed there is about a 2' difference from the current building dock Hight and the pavement.
