Description
The TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre is seeking bids for the replacement of existing EPDM a membrane roof with new membrane, and related metal flashings. The work includes related mechanical, electrical and lightning protection work to facilitate replacement of the EPDM membrane. The project will be phased overthree (3) years, 2024, 2025 and 2027. Roofing work in 2027 will align with the replacement of the Air Handling Unit on roof area 7.

The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/29.
