Description
The proponent will be expected to provide the multi-use seasonal venue conceptual design, with specifications and materials. We are looking for a design and materials that will allow for a covered seasonal venue with open walled in summer or closed overhead door in spring and fall design. Vendors may back into stalls and patrons can walk on sit on opposite side. Structure to be designed with the Town theme in mind while drawing visitors to our downtown core. In addition, the venue will need to be complimentary in design to a neighboring park and Town electronic sign (to be constructed at a later date within the vicinity). The proponent will supply the cost to design and estimate to build the venue at the proposed location. Cost shall include water, plumbing and electrical installation utilizing the existing infrastructure. Design should incorporate a food safe handling station and storage facility for seasonal equipment. Included with this RFP is a proposed design to guide the proponent in the overall design. This project is part of the “Community KINect” initiative by the Spirit River Kinettes Club.
