Transportation and Economic Corridors - Request for Proposal - Alberta’s Passenger Rail Master Plan

Request for Proposal for Alberta’s Passenger Rail Master Plan Transportation and Economic Corridors (TEC), on behalf of the Province of Alberta, is seeking consultant services via this Request for Proposal (RFP) to develop the Master Plan which will comprehensively assess the feasibility of passenger rail services in the Province that looks decades into the future considering population and economic growth for various services such as regional (inter-city – conventional and/or high-speed) and commuter, and provide a cost-benefit analysis, and define what is required by the Province (i.e., governance, legislation, funding, staging) to implement passenger rail in Alberta.
