Description
CTR is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers (the “proponent”), that has the resources available to supply and deliver office and learning supplies to all of CTR’s sites throughout the year. This is a negotiated request for proposals (NRFP) that outlines the requirements and service level expectations throughout the duration of the contract. This document does not create contract “A”. The issuance of this NRFP and the receipt of any proposal does not create any contractual obligations between any proponent and CTR. A formal written agreement, duly executed by both parties, will result in a binding contract. It is CTR’s intention to collaborate with shortlisted suppliers in order to reach a mutually beneficial agreement that aligns with CTR’s requirements and budget.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/01.
