Description
The purpose of this Prequalification is to develop a list of qualified contractors who will be eligible to engage in specific categories of work as listed in this document, and which may be more fully detailed and described in future solicitation documents such as Scope of Work Invitations (SOWI) or further PRQs. Through the prequalification process, Vendors who bid on the AER projects will have already met minimum requirements, which will also facilitate quicker turnaround times for competitive bids for special projects. This Prequalification is seeking consultants that are capable of providing the AER with external expertise for:
• Conducting Environmental Site Assessments, subsurface contamination audits and providing detailed reports describing the condition of sites throughout the province as part of the upstream oil and gas reclamation and remediation program.
• Conducting reclamation work and providing detailed reports describing condition of sites (pre and post reclamation), as well as recommendations for work required to correct documented concerns.
• Providing competent personnel with expertise in reclamation and/or remediation criteria for conducting audits, review regulatory submissions or other activities in field or office settings
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/30.
