The Edson Forest Area requires supplemental accommodations at two locations.
1. Entrance Fire Base located northwest of Hinton, Alberta. Location is NE01-51-26-W5 or 53

2. Cold Creek Fire Base located east of Edson, Alberta. Location is SE29-53-11-W5 or 53
36.102 x -115 35.260
Timeline anticipated for the rental trailers are from July to September with the possibility of extension, if required.
Minimum number of rooms supplied at each Fire Base will be 8 single occupancy bedrooms in a dry or wet sleeper format. Preferred is 10-12 single occupancy bedrooms in dry sleeper format. See Appendix B for more details per Fire Base.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/15.
