General Contractors for Facility Construction (Medium Size) Standing Arrangement for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to provide General Contracting Services , on City owned/leased buildings and facilities on an as required basis. This includes but is not limited to additions, renovations, emergency repairs and retrofits to various City facilities for project construction values between $500, 000 and $10,000,000.
