This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grande Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide Consultant Services for the Grande Prairie Regional Hydrogen Hub Foundational Study, as further described in Appendix B - RFP Particulars.
