    Description
    Olds College of Agriculture and Technology (Olds College) is seeking a specialized, experienced Regional Recruitment Partner to do international student recruiting for the Latin American region, as a Contractor. The Contractor must have an acute knowledge of cultural and educational systems in Latin America and Canada, and an established record of successfully recruiting international students from Latin America to educational institutions in Canada, especially Alberta. The contractor will be able to demonstrate an exemplary track record in Alberta with respect to supporting and providing International Recruitment Management Services including: a) Attracting and recruiting qualified applicants for Olds College programming, consistent with enrolment goals as set out by the Office of the Registrar, b) Growing and managing a network of knowledgeable agents, responsible for representing the College and its programs in an ethical manner with accuracy and integrity, c) Building and maintaining relationships in the market with local high schools, counselors, trade commission offices, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders, d) Providing pre-arrival services to students ensuring that applicants are well-prepared for their program of study and life in Canada, e) Interfacing with College departments as a trusted partner that is tasked with timely, accurate and helpful service and communication to College staff and prospective students relating to admission and enrolment, f) Employing best-practice standards across all business operations consistent with Canadian regulations (e.g., IRCC; RISIA; RCIC).

    The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/23.
