Description
Interior Plantscape Services:
Plants and planters will be rented and will be replaced as needed to maintain the look of the design when they deteriorate through age, pest or disease infestation that could reasonably be expected to be controlled by the successful respondents’ Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methods, and the deterioration is not the result of interference by an unauthorised third party.
The successful respondent will select species most suited to the physical conditions and variables of a given location (i.e. light levels, density of traffic, temperature, plant shape and growth habit), and which are in keeping with the current office design. Plants will be replaced by specimens of equal value which offer equal size or visual impact.
Exterior Plantscape Services:
Spring - Summer installation includes:
• Pre-planting clean-up and soil preparation, if necessary;
• Custom planting design for each container and courtyard bed;
• Delivery, planting and initial watering-in of displays; and
• Fall clean-up.
The successful respondent will be responsible for the spring clean-up and spring-summer maintenance service for the courtyard space throughout the months of April – September. The spring maintenance must include a spring clean-up in late April or early May.
Hybrid Branch and Artificial Greens Winter Displays:
The successful respondent must offer a hybrid branch and artificial greens winter display program. These should be a combination of natural branch displays and artificial greens.
AGLC’s maintenance service includes the following:
• Spring - Summer exterior maintenance as required from May to September; Planter service plan must include a full guarantee for all seasonal annual plants that the successful respondent has installed, for as long as AGLC retains the successful respondent's services. The successful respondent must replace any failing annual plants at no cost to us.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/01.
