Description
The Town of Stony Plain is seeking qualified Consulting Engineers for the pre-design, design, tender, contract administration and construction services for the Heritage Park Drainage Improvements. The consulting services are divided into two phases; Phase 1 includes: Pre-Design, Preliminary and Detailed Design, and Tender Services; Phase 2 includes: Contract Administration and Construction Services.   Design and tendering services are to be completed no later than January 31, 2025, with construction to be completed by the end of 2025. Phase 2 is subject to the successful completion of Phase 1 and Council approving the construction budget. The proponent will work closely with the Town’s Engineering Department and stakeholders to ensure the projects success from inception to completion. Note: This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).

The estimated contract period will be 28 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/20.
