Description
1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City is planning on acquiring high-visibility surveyor safety vests to fulfill operational usage requirements and replenish stocks. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, one (1) time for one (1) year. The potential total term length is two (2) years.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/03.
