    Description
    Kneehill County is seeking information from the vendor community on a fleet fuel management system for multiple locations within the boundaries of Kneehill County. The county is considering replacing its current aging fuel management system, a collection of automated and manual systems, with an integrated and connected system. The desired date to receive this information is July 31, 2023. These specifications cover only the significant details of the County’s wants and needs from a fleet fuel management system. The vendor is responsible for providing information that is fully compatible with current technology that is publicly available. The vendor should have an experienced team of technical staff to answer any follow-up questions. This is not a request for quotation, proposal, or tender. It is only a gathering of information to understand the market and current technology better. Kneehill County is conducting this RFI to assist with future planning and budget preparation.
