Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for multidiscipline engineering support Services for water and wastewater infrastructure in the RMWB as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). It is the Municipality's intention to enter into Agreements with multiple legal entities; however, the Municipality reserves the right to enter into the Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) consecutive one-year terms.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/16.
