Description
The South Campus Demolition project involves the removal of several assets on the University's South Campus. The scope of work includes the abatement, demolition, utility disconnections, and backfill of each location. The locations include the following structures (F-numbers are tracking numbers for these structures and will be used for reference in the remainder of this document):
● Lendrum Residence F36
● Lendrum Residence F37
● Lendrum Residence F38
● Lendrum Residence F39
● Lendrum Residence F40
● F29-5 Residence
● F29-6 Residence
● F64 Residence
● Temporary Engineering Building (located near the hatchery)
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 14 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/15.
