Clear Hills County is seeking proposals for the sanding and refinishing of the day use shelter at Running Lake Campground: DATE Start date August 21, 2024. End date September 20, 2024. LOCATION Running Lake Campground Day Use area. NW-27-88-7 W6 SUPPLIES The bidder will provide all tools and products required to complete this project. Standards: a. Complete sanding of shelter inside and out. b. Refinishing of inside and out with 2 coats of Olympic Triumph Stain + Sealant in Natural c. Include product on proposal form. PRICE The successful bidder will use the attached form. INFORMATION All proposals should include the following minimum information:  Name and address  Prices  Reference and Related experience  Proof of valid Insurance  Alberta WCB clearance included in the sealed quote Please submit sealed proposal, clearly marked 2024-P10 Running Lake Campground Day Use Area Shelter Sanding and Refinishing to: Clear Hills County, Box 240, Worsley, Alberta T0H 3W0 Proposal Closing: August 9, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Proposal Opening: August 13, 2024 at 9:35 a.m. Please note that Clear Hills County does not recommend sending RFP by Courier due to the limited services in this area.
