Description
The work includes: .1 Demolition, removal and disposal of existing vault toilet buildings; .2 Cleaning, removal and disposal of existing buried septic holding tanks; .3 Supply and construction of new pre-cast concrete vault toilet buildings Including the supply and construction of three (3) pre‐fabricated concrete 4‐ stall vault washroom buildings and one (1) pre‐fabricated concrete 2‐ stall vault washroom building complete with: I. Supply, installation and priming of concrete septic tanks; II. Supply and installation of precast concrete toilet building structures; III. Supply and installation of wooden truss and metal clad roofing; IV. Supply and installation of all building accessories identified on the drawings; and V. Landscaping finishing work.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/08.
