Description
The Town of Slave Lake is seeking proposals from qualified tenants interested in operating a retail concession space within the Multi Recreation Centre (MRC), located at 305 6th Avenue, SW, Slave Lake, AB. The space available for lease is approximately 300 square feet. See space dimensions in Appendix “A”.
Information on proposed retail concessions space operating hours:
a. Between October 1st and March 31st of ach year, at a minimum the following hours:
Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm
Weekends 9 am to 10 pm
b. Between April 1st ad September 30th of each year, based on operating hours as determined by the Tenant.
c. These hours may be adjusted based on facility usage and mutual agreement of both parties.
The objective of this RFP is to identify a tenant who will lease the retail space and undertake responsibility for its build-out and operation. The tenant is expected to align with the Town’s values and enhance the overall customer experience at our facility.
