Addendum#1 and Clarification#1 were posted 08/08/2024. two technical sections and a drawing were added and are part of the Addendum #1 Procurement of contractor for Construction of the walls, office spaces, interior work, electrical and mechanical work for the new Alberta Emergency Management Agency space. The contractor will demolish few walls, construct office spaces, construct two noise barrier walls, construct a demising wall, construct a new fire exist door, modify Electrical, Mechanical and Hvac as per consultant design. Furniture will be supplied and installed separately.
