City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 939406 Extreme Weather Shuttle - Transportation Services

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of transportation services on a nightly Shuttle Service for use by vulnerable Edmontonians experiencing homelessness from November 1 to March 31, annually. The Contractor will operate an overnight transportation service on a fixed route, as determined by the City, from transit centers to emergency shelters. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. The intended term of Contract will be 2 years. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the term of the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to 3 additional years. It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
