See full posting on SAP Ariba: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/20464898 The City of Calgary provides notice of its intent to contract directly with Cloud Software Group Federal Inc. to source the TIBCO solutions. Cloud SG is the only provider of the licenses, updates, maintenance, and support for such software. The original (EAI) Toolset solution software which includes but not limited to the following modules: - TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks - TIBCO Adapter SDK - Adapter for Remedy and PeopleSoft - TIBCO Enterprise Message Server - TIBCO Enterprise Message Client - TIBCO Rendezvous Enterprise Daemon - TIBCO Rendezvous Enterprise Client - TIBCO Operational Intelligence Hawk - TIBCO Hawk Database Adapter - TIBCO Hawk SNMP Adapter And any current or emerging product replacements or needs, or manufacturer-initiated evolutions of the above products. Notice is hereby given by The City of Calgary (“The City”) of its intent to enter into contract for an initial term of five (5) years with Cloud Software Group Federal Inc. for the provision of TIBCO Software, with an option to renew for up to additional two (2) years.
