Description
The intent of this RFP is to solicit Submissions from Proponents interested in providing GSC with scheduled inspections, and where required, repairs to the Life Safety Systems ensuring all Life Safety Systems meet provincial building code and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements. Life Safety systems, as understood by Good Samaritan Canada, to be inclusive of but not necessarily limited to Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Inspection, Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Checks, Kitchen Hood System Test and Inspection, Fire Hydrant Test and Inspection, Backflow Preventer, Testing of Panel Components, and Testing of Peripheral Devices. Partial bids for specific Sites will be accepted.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/02.
