Sole-source on a brand-specific with no substitution basis is proposed to Waters Limited for the supply of two mass spectrometers for Agriculture and Irrigation. Refer to the Notice of Proposed Procurement for details. NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE NOTED DELIVERY DATE, the delivery date is an estimated date only.
