This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by MacEwan University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for supplying Holiday Lighting Services (“Holiday Lighting”), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
