Description
The Division seeks proposals from qualified professional appraisers or appraisal companies capable of providing professional and timely real property valuations to be used in the sale or exchange of public land. The Division intends to secure a list of appraisers who can be used on an “on-call” basis for the provision of the Services anywhere in the Province. The contract will expire March 31, 2025 with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
