Alberta Social Housing Corporation (“ASHC”) is seeking a service provider to provide property management and maintenance services at the Eric Cormack Centre. The site consists of three buildings: 9835 – 112 Street NW (Eric Cormack Hospital Building), 9830 – 112 Street NW (Power House), and 9810 – 111 Street NW (Energy and Natural Resources Building). The building entry points including windows and doors are permanently closed with sheet metal.

The estimated contract period will be 25 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/02.
