The Interprovincial Computerized Examination Management System (ICEMS) is a bilingual, web-based item banking and exam management computer software application that streamlines exam administration within the Red Seal Program. ICEMS supports the Red Seal Program and apprenticeship systems throughout Canada. The CCDA supports the development of skilled trades in Canada and manages the Red Seal Program. The CCDA nominates managers and experienced users of ICEMS from each Jurisdiction to sit on the ICEMS technical committee to manage ICEMS. The ICEMS technical committee is responsible for providing information on the requirements for ICEMS, overseeing the design and the implementation, on-going operation and maintenance of ICEMS. Members of the ICEMS technical committee are located throughout Canada The Contractor will be required to manage the ICEMS Information Technology (IT) Service Provider Contract and ICEMS Statement of Work (SOW).
