This RFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of the Town of St. Paul. The Client is seeking proponents for the provision of services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the
schedule set out herein for the Town of St. Paul - OTJ Arena Project (the “project”).
The Town of St. Paul is looking to re-create an outdoor skate rink/sport facility that once served as a sport hub of the Town. The facility and its programming have significant community interest, as evidenced by the Council’s decision to gather public input. This project focus on enhancing quality infrastructure and enriching health and safety. The OTJ Arena is not just a recreational space; it’s an investment in community well-being and social cohesion, aligning with the Town’s aspirations for a welcoming, vibrant community.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 13 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/03.
