Description
1. The purpose of the RFP is to invite Proposals from suitably qualified Proponents who demonstrate sufficient experience to develop a comprehensive long-term staff housing plan with prioritized recommended options, based on current state evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and options analysis to address both present and future staff housing requirements for the Ministry over the next 5 years. It will be structured to provide decision making principles to guide where, what, and when staff housing will be provided to staff by the department. 2. Working towards the outcomes and objectives identified, the successful Proponent is to apply proven AFP based technical practices in conjunction with appropriate tools and skilled resources through the Assessment and Analysis process to achieve the end result desired by the Province.
