Professional services to conduct a thorough assessment of EPL’s human resources services, processes, programs, and practices identifying effectiveness, efficiencies, strengths, opportunities, and gaps of its Human Resources Services Division relative to HR best/leading practices. The key areas to be assessed include: • Alignment of HRS’ services, processes, programs, and practices with EPL’s Vision, Mission and Strategic Goals • Structure and service delivery model • Relevant policies and processes Tools and systems • Resources (people) – capacity and skill requirements (level, skill, FTEs) • Other areas as deemed appropriate
