Calgary Housing Company (CHC) is seeking the services of one (1) contractor to provide leasing services to their Low End of Market and Affordable Housing programs. The units included in these programs total approximately 4100 units within the City of Calgary. Services to be provided include taking applicant calls, pre-qualifying applicants, advertising, and marketing units, showing units, signing leases and other documentation, and working with CH staff to ensure client satisfaction.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/12/01.
