Description
Sturgeon County is seeking a road salt supplier for the 2024-2025 Season, and potentially the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 winter seasons. It is estimated that the County will require up to 2,250 tonnes of road salt per winter season. The Town of Redwater and the Town of Morinville are also participating in this procurement, through the Group Purchasing Agreement, as further described in Appendix C – Master Agreement for Group Purchasing. This Group Purchasing Agreement is also accessible to additional neighbouring towns and municipalities. Any neighbouring towns or municipalities interested in this group purchasing agreement, or are looking for more information on this opportunity, may contact procurement@sturgeoncounty.ca for information on how to participate. It is the intention of Sturgeon County to enter into a one (1) year group purchasing agreement, with a potential for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions.
