Description
The City of Calgary is issuing this RFP for the purpose of retaining a consultant to provide Coordinating Registered Professional services for the design and contract administration of the new proposed Shepard Snow Storage project located at 11820 52 ST SE, Calgary, Alberta, T2Z 0G4. A new snow storage facility area is required to be created as soon as possible to ensure Mobility has adequate area to satisfy Provincial and Municipal snow and ice control (SNIC) service-level obligations / requirements (i.e., safe road network for all users). The City will select a single integrated project team led by the consultant to provide all services from Schematic Design to Post-Construction and to deliver the project as outlined in this document.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 26 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/11.
