Description
For the provision of Commercial Fitness Equipment Supply and Service Standing Arrangements on an as if and when required basis. This is an update to the existing Standing Arrangement to increase the number of contractors available for the provision of Commercial Fitness Equipment. The Opportunity Amount indicated is for information purposes and is an estimate only. It is not binding on the City and bidders will have no claim against the City for any difference between the Opportunity Amount and the final Contract amount The intended term of Contract: One year; In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 9 additional one year terms.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/01.
