This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Architectural Prime Consultant Services including subconsultants for the Petrolia Redevelopment Project located at 11503 41 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The objective of the Petrolia Redevelopment Project is to replace and increase affordable housing supply. Civida’s intent is to undertake the project through a Design-Bid-Build model with a phased design approach. Construction of the project is subject to funding approval. Petrolia is a City of Edmonton owned property managed by Civida.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/12.
