Description
*All procurement documents available in Ariba. Only bids submitted in Ariba will be accepted. The City of Calgary has identified the need for an additional three mobile trailers. The intent is for The City to purchase three prefabricated modular structures for use during lifecycle renovations as temporary accommodation. - Two (2) trailers are required for Facilities: One trailer will meet the requirements of The Calgary Fire Department Design Standards and will be used as a temporary firehall. The other will be used by Facilities. The intent is that the trailers will move around to each of the renovation projects and when not in use will be stored by Facilities. - One (1) trailer is required for Mobility: Mobility’s trailer will be located at The City’s Crusher Plant within the Spyhill Landfill for use by the crew. However, the trailer will still be required to be moved in the future when the Crusher Plant closes. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to the direct commercial negotiations.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/04.
