Description
Lac La Biche County (the “County”) invites the submission of Proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants (the “Consultant”) for the provision of consulting services for concept, preliminary and detailed design, cost estimation and tender preparation. The intent is to determine the scope required to provide economical and functional infrastructure servicing to airport facilities. The services for hangers, heliport, roads, and administration buildings will include vehicle access, utilities, electrical, drainage for the County Airport near Lac La Biche Hamlet in Alberta, Canada (the “Project”). New hangar lots being contemplated may be serviced with water, sanitary, power, telephone / fibre optic communications lines, and other amenities as required. The septic holding tanks are required until a sanitary main is extended into the airport property.

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/07.
