Alberta Innovates (AI) is issuing a Request for Bidder Qualifications (RFBQ) for proponents who are interested in pre-qualifying for the construction of Area A Facility Fit-Up for the Carbon Fiber project for Alberta Innovates. The purpose of prequalification is to ensure that the proponents invited to bid are capable of delivering quality and value-specific work to the project requirements.
