Description
The intention of the RFP is to award to a Proponent who submits a proposal which, in the sole opinion of UCalgary represents the best overall functionality and value. UCalgary’s current solution to provide virtual machines to faculties is running out of capacity, getting at the end of its lifecycle, and it is generating a considerable burden on the Customer Technology Services team. This service could be supplemented with a cloud-based service that not only will maintain the experience at the latest version of the solution. Detailed business requirements are outlined in the “2024RFP0039 Proponent Response Workbook – Schedule D.” - this document can be found in Merx.
