This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for Fort McKay Source Water Pretreatment Project-Preliminary Design, Detailed Design and Construction Administration Engineering Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
