County of Grande Prairie No. 1 - Request for Proposal - Owner's Representative / Project management Services for New Fire Hall - Teepee Creek, AB

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the County of Grand Prairie (“the County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals to provide Project Management Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The proposed Project Manager will have significant technical and project leadership experience in successfully managing building projects through all stages, including design, bid phases, construction, and project close out. NOTE: 1. This RFP is for Project Management Services. The successful proponent will be acting on behalf of the County liaising with the prime consultant and advising the County throughout the design and construction project for the County of Grande Prairie Regional Fire Service. 2. Shortly, the County will also be issuing a separate invitation for Prime Design & Consultant Services for this project. It is a possibility that both procurement opportunities may be open at the same time. Prospective proponents are invited to submit a response to either one of the invitations to tender or to both if they wish. To ensure fairness and in the interests of transparency, the County intends to select a different vendor for each opportunity. Therefore, if the successful proponent for Project Management Services has also submitted a response to the Prime Consultant invitation to tender, their submitted package to the second invitation to tender will not be evaluated
