Description
Installation of sanitary stack cleanouts to service kitchen drainage on floors two, six, and eight in Murdoch Manor. Cleanouts will need to be accessible from common area hallways with lockable access hatches large enough to allow for cleaning processes. Contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and parts as well as oversee drywall cutting and repairs for access hatches. All access locations to be determine onsite with preliminary walk through.
