Description
The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting submissions for the supply of annual flowers to be used in park maintenance throughout the spring and summer season. The requirements for the 2025 order can be found in the annual flower order chart below and consists of the following.
Supply Of:
12,192 Only Annuals, supplied in 1204 Plant Pacs
5,616 Only Annuals, supplied in 606 Plant Pacs
5,328 Only Annuals, supplied in P18 individual pots
36 Only Annuals, supplied in 4” Pots
64 Only Annuals, supplied in 1 Gallon Pots
Suppliers are requested to submit firm pricing for the 2025 season. For the subsequent years of 2026 and 2027 the City Parks Department will provide a list of requirements no later than September 30th of the applicable year. It is the expectation that firm pricing will be provided within two-weeks such notice. The City reserves the right to make adjustment for each subsequent year including adding or reducing vegetation based on budget availability. Any request in price increases must follow the pricing structure noted above.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 32 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/25.
