City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 938739 - Digital Transformation Initiative

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the provision of a digital transformation team. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. The City of Edmonton has a strategic role within municipal government to drive efficiencies, innovation, and modernization. CRC has embarked on transforming its work to deliver simpler, more efficient, and better services for the citizens of Edmonton, thereby ensuring that the needs of Edmontonians are effectively met in the digital age. CRC is commencing a digital transformation initiative to provide better user experiences to its customers. This will be achieved by focusing on real user needs, minimizing traditional project overhead to employ the best tools and approaches to deliver a modern, integrated digital solution. The modern, integrated digital solution will combine best-of-breed products selected through a comprehensive evaluation process with custom-developed software. The Consultant will provide Buy vs. Build recommendations and will be responsible for both developing custom solutions and integrating them with third-party software chosen by the City. The initiative will ensure a seamless interface between the City and the selected solutions and deliver world-class digital services that maximize efficiency and value for the City of Edmonton.
