    Description
    The City of Leduc invites submissions from general contractors interested in pursuing prequalification status for the provision of prime contractor construction services for the Fire Hall #3 Project. Respondents must be actively engaged in the line of work required to perform the scope of work identified and must be able to refer to work of a similar nature performed by them. This Request for Prequalification is a request for qualifications only and is not an offer. Neither the issuing of this RFPQ nor receipt of a submission will imply any obligation or commitment on the part of the City to enter into an agreement or contract of any kind in respect to any or all contents of this RFPQ. This project will include the construction of a new, 1465m2, single storey, two apparatus bay fire hall in the Industrial Business Park at 3492 63rd Avenue, Leduc, Alberta. The project will also include a delegated design scope for the design, supply, and installation of a live fire training facility constructed separately on the site.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 16 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
