Town of Crossfield - Request for Proposal - Collection & Disposal of Residential Solid Waste

The Town of Crossfield is requesting proposals from qualified, safety-conscious, reliable, and accountable waste management service contractors to complete 240 litre automated black cart waste collection and disposal services for over 1,500 residential units and 40 commercial/light industrial units within the Town. The primary objective of this RFP is to enter into a service agreement with the Town of Crossfield for a period of three (3) years with the option of a (2) two-year contract extension, based on the review and negotiation of the agreed upon scope of work. Per Section 8 of the RFP document, proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the Town of Crossfield Office (1005 Ross Street, P.O. Box 500, Crossfield, AB T0M 0S0) by October 31, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Alberta time. Section 9 of the RFP document identifies requirements for a complete proposal.
